- Course Consumption: You must not have viewed or completed more than 25% of the total course content. Our platform tracks course progress, and this will be used to determine eligibility.
- Downloads: You must not have downloaded any downloadable resources, source code, or completion certificates associated with the course.
- Purchase Source: The course must have been purchased directly through our official website, https://skillcurious.in/.
- Account Status: Your account must be in good standing and not in violation of our Terms and Conditions.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Refund requests made after the 7-day period has expired.
- Courses where more than 25% of the content has been viewed or completed.
- Purchases of course bundles or any products sold at a promotional or discounted price (unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms).
- Purchases made through third-party platforms or resellers.
- Any taxes, such as GST, that were applied to the purchase.
- Repeat refund requests from the same user for the same course.

Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is received and approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow for 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times can vary depending on the payment gateway and your financial institution.
Upon receiving the refund, your access to the refunded course will be immediately revoked.
